The spherical alumina produced by the high temperature melt spraying process has the characteristics of high spherical ratio and high content of alpha phase alumina. It can be used as a filler for rubber and plastics, as well as ceramic raw materials, showing superior performance.
The particles have high spherical rate and wide particle size distribution, and can be filled with rubber and plastic with high density, and a mixture with low viscosity and good fluidity can be obtained. Compared with crystalline silica fume, a mixture with high heat conductivity and good heat dissipation can be obtained by high-density filling.
Because of the spherical appearance, the abrasion of the mixer, molding machine and die is greatly reduced, and the service life of the equipment can be prolonged.
